Clinical practice:
I work with crisis and trauma and any kinds of "emergencies". I specialize in short contracts, although long-term cooperation also occurs. I would describe my style as eclectic - I am a supporter of individually designed therapeutic methods, combining elements of different approaches focused on effectiveness. I care about the constant development of my professional competencies, both practical and theoretical, in order to use both areas in my work.

I conduct crisis interventions, as well as support, counseling and diagnosis sessions for adults and older teens, both individual and group:
• traumatic experience
• violence (physical, sexual, psychological, stalking, mobbing, discrimination),
• sudden loss and grief,
• threat of suicide / self-harm
• disaster or accident experience,
• developmental crises (associated with life changes)
• crises related to substance use
I can work at the client’s preferred place.

I gained experience during a 1.5-year internship at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as taking part in numerous and various projects related to the design, organization and provision of psychological assistance in emergency situations, both for private individuals and institutions. For 9 years I cooperated with the Academic Psychotherapy Center of SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, currently I give lectures at this university.

I belong to the following organizations:
• Polish Psychological Association (PTP)
• Polish Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (PTBST) - founding member
